The Pakistan Star understands that Saturday’s G3 Breeders’ Plate winner Flying Houdini will race on, following the two-year-old’s impressive debut victory over the Randwick 1000m.
A source close to the winning Waterhouse-Bott stable told this masthead that although the colt had “nothing left to prove”, the decision had been made to keep the valuable son of Trapeze Artist in work, for now.
"The colt will remain in training and a decision on his future will be made in due course," they said.
“Australian racing fans deserve an opportunity to see him race again, we think it’s good for the sport.”
